I’m glad you’re here. You can slow down, get your bearings, and choose the topic that feels closest right now

Psychological and psychotherapeutic resources for a more grounded life

I write about self-support, relationships, crisis, trauma recovery, migration, burnout, the body as a source of support, and also about neurodifferences and DIRFloortime®. You do not have to start with the menu; you can begin with the topic that feels closest right now.

You can read these materials at your own pace: as support, as a point of orientation, and as an invitation to relate to yourself with more care.

Author of the project

Alena Akulova

I am a practicing psychologist with several psychotherapy specializations: body-oriented therapy, trauma therapy, Gestalt therapy, supervision, and training for specialists. I have worked with clients since 2005. In my practice, I integrate different psychological and psychotherapeutic approaches and, when relevant, methods for working with neurodifferences in adults and children.

At the center of this project is quality of life: becoming steadier, more alive, more compassionate toward yourself, and freer from patterns that drain you.
